As Director of EmpoOower, I’ve seen first-hand how the right guidance drives transformation. Our clients aren’t just growing, they’re thriving, breaking barriers and reaching new heights they once thought were out of reach.
I’ve spent most of my career working commercially, largely in the City of London, delivering services across software development, outsourcing and professional services. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the operational, technical, and leadership pressures and challenges organisations face in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
